    Beware the Iron Sand

    Has a good strong magnet but be aware if you put it down in the river; as mine picked up some iron sand which I didn't notice. My net fell off when I was walking as the magnet had lost its connection due to the sand particles. A quick clean and all was good again. Otherwise, I'm very happy with its performance.
